Now all hair details are gone,and also quality doesn't look like enough for 250x cut.

This photo can't be used for 250x250 cut.
Try to find a better source.

@Cizzu, to be fair to @Baja, the cut you posted had no hair details whatsoever, so I don't think it was an unfair comment.

As long you or someone else post none improvement as imporvement,I'll criticize,but I also cut other one yesterday and send it to mons.It was this one,but new one is even better,and that was the only point,to get best possible cut.
