Looks like you didn't install it correctly then. Can you upload screenshots of your edt/permanent and lnc folders for the 1900, 1901, 1910 and 1930? They should look like the screenshots in here.

They look fine. What exactly do you mean by avatar, though? Maybe I've understood you?

it mean face picture of player, France and Holland National Team face player is black default, not show face picture in facepack

If you have installed the licensing fix file in the 1901, 1910 and 1930 folders like you have in the 1900 folder, then clicking on a player from France's international squad should see his cutout appear as it would when viewed in his national team, always assuming that the player has a cutout in the megapack.
To clarify, if when you click on Pogba from the Man Utd squad, his face appears, then when you click on Pogba from the France squad, he should now also appear.
One more final thing, can you change the in-game preferences in this manner?

Where did you put that code? Is it in a separate file?
Everything looks perfectly fine as is and I'm really surprised it isn't working. There must be some setting not set up correctly or a file in the wrong place, but I can't tell what's wrong

yeah i'm really surprised too, before a create new fake.Inc and put two line code to it, and it working, but now is'nt not, otherwise thank you very much for supporting me,
