Not bad @dasauto, but the source should have been rotated some 5-6 degrees clockwise before being cropped so that it's perfectly upright; you can usually tell this is the case when the tops of the ears are perfectly in-line

If you add the action to your Photoshop (Windows > Actions > click drop-down menu in the top right > load action), once you press F5, the cutout's brightness is increased by 15.
