Are you sure that's not a duplicate? His transfermarkt profile shows he left Reading to join Fleet Town in summer 2018, then Hayes & Yeading in winter 2019. His FM19 gamedata profile shows at Fleet Town still.
@Bothan Spy, it looks like @weeniehutjr is correct. The guy has the same date of birth in the editor and 29225908 seems to be the duplicate. I wouldn't be surprised if the latter is deleted in FM20, but I'll add a cut for him under this UID in 12.0, just in case somebody is playing FM19 with our pack
