Perhaps @Qvordrup may help. To be honest, though, if you have that image missing, the likelihood is that you've missed at least one update pack, so it may be worth redownloading the whole pack again to be sure you're up to date

since you are a premium member just download the full pack (then you will probably get other logos updated that you missed as well) . We don't keep track of when logos goes in to the pack

Maybe, but is more accurate the logo i uploaded because competed in the 90's with that logo and the encyclopedia of chilean clubs has that logo, maybe can left in the pack as an alt logo.
