I knew you'd enjoy the thought of Fellaini wearing a Liverpool shirt.

knob.

Apparently we've got a 6ft'11 goalkeeper on trial for a week, Simon Bloch Jørgensen or something? Danish I think.

If Moyes has got any sense, which I think he has a lot of, he'll stay well clear of Chelsea.

I know. But he has showed everyone what he can do with limited funds. Thinking of what he can do at rich clubs that are willing to spend a lot is scary. Everton are one of my favorite clubs, a lot to do with the way he works with the team and the way he gets them to play.

Moyes record when it comes to spending big on players isn't that good to be honest. Other than Fellaini most of the others have been ok but not great. His real skill seems to be recruiting good players for free or cheap and building the team.

Moyes should stay well clear of Chelsea - he needs time. Imagine if Everton sacked him the season they finished 16th or something after finishing 4th the season beforehand? He wouldn't get that sort of time at Chelsea.

He needs to replace SAF.

I think Moyes is too smart to go near the Chelsea job.

He still hasn't signed a new contract, which is worrying. I think it might be rubbing off on the team.

Any chance you can let us not lose at Goodison this year?

Do you get given the "like a new signing" line too? I thought that was a Leeds thing.

He'd be such a good player if he could just stay injury free.

I reckon you'll take a point.

Champion's League tie a few days after and half our players playing stupid friendlies half way round the world.

It's a recipe for disaster.

It could be your lucky day, Fellaini has got an injury scare because of international duty ffs.

Sounds like a mysterious international injury just like Carrick, Sturridge etc have got. Won't be surprised if they're all fine by weekend.

Yep, same as Gerrard and a few others have for years. Guess you can't blame clubs wanting to protect their most important players when we're coming towards the business end of the season.

Isn't he out on loan?

He returned today.

Moyes allowed him to build his confidence up at Sheff Wed where he was playing exceptionally well and got player of the month while he was there. Then killed it off bringing him back and benching him, allowing some real gash to get game time before him, then sent Leeds on a months loan, so that Leeds have no clue whether he will be part of their run in for promotion or not, and are quite rightly wary of putting him in a position of importance if their gonna lose him in a few weeks, and what for? Incase we have a few injuries, like he'd play anyway.

The kid has been sent backwards under Moyes, He's handled him dreadfully for two seasons now.

David Moyes has said in his press conference today that there is 'every chance he won't make a decision [on his contract] until the end of the season' and our performance in the league and the cup will be a determinant in his decision.

No one is bigger than the club, not even Moyes himself. I hope we start looking at replacements now.

Knowing Kenwright his shortlist would probably consist of Dave Jones, Gary Megson and Alan Curbishley. Brb, going to be sick and cry.
