@pjoyhasha, when the existing megapack cut is recent and of a good quality, any replacement has to be better, not just newer. There's nothing wrong with the current megapack cut that this one will resolve. It's not a question of cutting technique but of choosing your sources wisely and checking the megapack before cutting them 👍

@Qrul17, if you just upscale a cut, it'll just mean that it'll just be a bit more blurry at a larger size. It's best to upload the original source, at the largest available dimensions using the tip provided elsewhere, so that it can be recut from the largest source.
