@Aljo24, that is much too small to be considered an improvement, I'm afraid. Unless you can provide a bigger and better version, I'm afraid I'll have to reject this.

For an image to be an improvement over the current cutout, the face would have to be 250px tall or larger, or at minimum large enough to be resized to 250px without losing much image quality. The image you posted is too small to be useful for creating a cutout.
I found an image from last season (summer 2018) that I enlarged which could be an improvement
it does look older which is good. i found that picture too
