@lorek007 Are you just resizing images from GlobalSportsArchive? (e.g. this image for this request) If so, firstly those images lose too much quality when upscaled to 250px, it would be better to resize them only to 180px instead. Secondly, do take the time to look for better sources, as lots of the cutouts you're uploading are quite blurry and there are better source images available in a quick google search. Finally, make sure to constrain the aspect ratio if the image, as you've squashed or stretched several of the images, and you're also cutting off the shoulders before the 250px canvas is reached (like this cutout compared to the source image). You want to avoid the gaps to each side of the shoulders as in this example:
