Remember what I mentioned in a previous post, as well - if you're upscaling an image from a 150px source, it's better to resize it to only 180px instead of 250px, as it becomes too blurry at 250px.
But also there are other, better photos available if you look, for example on the player's facebook page, like this source below. Take the time to look for sources that can be used for a good, high quality cutout instead of the first one you find

Credit to @weeniehutjr for this, see this method for moving up the collar instead of leaving so much neck in the cutout - the focus of the cutout should be the face, after all.

Just to quickly show what I mean, the green box is a square around the face area, with the collar moved up using that method.
Basically you lasso a bit of the collar and the neck and you nudge it up
