We have a request forum here. Apart from making requests for other people to cut your sources, you can upload completed individual cuts, teampacks or other mixpacks using this method:

As already explained here, if you want to make a request, upload a request here, using the new teampack request button. There are a number of guidelines and instructions on how to make a request, particularly about only requesting improvements and requesting images as UIDS, so please take the time to read them and follow them. If you're not sure about something, feel free to get back in touch

There's a big green button on the left, titled "new teampack request". Did you even look at the link I twice gave you?
If you click on it, there is a list of how requests should be made. If you don't request it in the correct manner, it'll be rejected, so do yourself a favour and read and understand the rules provided.

Is there an option in the preferences allowing the user to see UIDs in the titlebar? The one equivalent to the box beneath the green circle here:
If not, then I think you can't get to know what it is

No there is not an option but on fm2020 can you see the managers unique ID I'm guessing it would be the same

Cebul started a project doing this a few months ago. Thanks to his work, all collections of individual requests were cleared, amongst other pack. In the past weeks, Ernesttico has done the same with mixpack requests and we only have 1 pending at present.
If you want to do likewise for the older pending teampacks, please feel free to do so. Can I suggest starting from the oldest packs? I suspect a fair few of the sources inside some of the packs have been cut since then, so that could whittle them down a fair whack.

Oldest packs are from 2018, so either a lot of them are cut already or these players were removed. And what about these exactly - if image source is good but player was in fm19 only - should I make a new request with his '2019' version or leave it?

A player which is no longer visible in the database may still reappear in the future with the same UID as a staff member or maybe at a lower league team, and so my advice would be to let him in the pack. Essentially, just delete those which have been cut and leave the rest.
The best way would be to have something like this.
If a whole pack has been cut, tag me so I'll reject the request. If only 1 or 2 remain, it may be better to make an individual request for them rather than uploading a zip file with just 1 or 2 source images.

Do you mean you want to remove the default black icon completely so that no graphics appears? There is a way to do that, yes.
The process is slightly different if you also want to remove icons for those in the icons megapack too, so let me know which option you'd like to do and I can guide you accordingly.
Perhaps it may also be easier if we speak via PM so as not to clog up this thread

However I would love to go one step further and make a face pack of that seasons 'squad profile photo's'. Does anyone know where to go to find play face icons for that season? Looking everywhere and I'm having no joy.

You can go to BDFutbol and in each player profile there are some pics. Just choose one of the oldest. If too small (most of those years aren't valid even for an 180x180 cut) you can reverse search them on Google. Or enlarge them. Results are decent with tiny pics

In this forum, we aim to only focus on the megapack. There is much to do so we prefer not to spend time doing anything outside the megapack, which is why we don't have a place to make other FM-related requests.
Happily, it is quite straight-forward to make good-quality cuts for free these days. Read this thread for guidelines on how to make cut-outs, use remove.bg to remove the background and photopea.com to make the necessary changes. Once you have the cut-out ready, use the steps outlined in this thread to add him to your save game

I am trying to use the cut out facepacks for FM20 on the iPad but the megapack file seems to be too big to import across from my Mac to my iPad. Is there a smaller megapack available? One that maybe just has the players from the top division of each league?

Thanks for your kind words. This issue has been raised previously and the answer is that something like this can only be created and administered manually, and is extremely time-consuming to do, which is why it hasn't been done yet...

I have amended the Aberdeen Chairman in the Update thread but he has a black silhouette as a face, i have looked everywhere for a cut out and cannot find one.
i have added 3 pics here of him. Is there anyone that could help with this.

This megapack has been established for quite a long time now. Every year, a new base version of the megapack is issued, for which multiple update packs are subsequently periodically released to add and update cutouts. So, this year we released version 12.0, and we have had 10 update packs so far, which we titled 12.01, 12.02 etc.
Each cutout added in each update pack is kept in a repository so that people can check previous cuts from the same player in case they prefer to have that version instead of the one currently in the megapack, or just to see what the person looked like in the past. The number beneath each cut-out in that link is the update pack in which it was added, so therefore it follows that the larger the number of the update pack it was added, the more recent the cut-out is, and vice-versa. So, in the 9 years that Gnabry has been in our megapack, it seems he has had 16 cut-outs in total.
