Pixlr and Photopea are free web-based Photoshop alternatives that have decent Sharpening tools which you could try and I think would work for images like the first one.
The third image in particular is very out of focus though, and might be better suited for Topaz Sharpen AI (paid software with a 30 day trial) which I find works well for hair details, but not so good for eyes or smiling mouths.

If you have Photoshop you can follow this tutorial to try to sharpen the image and add some more effects. I tried to work on the third image a bit, although it doesn't look totally natural as it was particularly blurry, originally) and that's the final result:

Thanks!

I unfourtnally have ps cs2 and the sharpen tool is really bad. I got this result from using Pixlr. It's good enough. Thanks for the reply though

I'm a bit late to the party, and I'm not sure if it's better before cropping or after, but I think a bit of auto contrast and/or smart sharpen could do the trick.
Very occasionally, I've had reason to use smart sharpen on some cuts and I've found that these values have worked just fine:
Of course, if it's an option available in CS2, you could play around with the values and find something which suits your needs better.

I've noticed a few cuts recently for players with longer necks where not only has the collar been moved up, but also part of the shoulders. For example, here is the original source image, and below is the cut currently in the megapack:
The results looks totally unnatural, to me at least, as if the head has been squashed down below the shoulders. Generally the shoulders do not start level to or above the line of the chin in a front on profile photo like this. Instead of selecting and moving up the kit and shoulders, just select the portion of the kit and one or two extra pixels of neck, as shown below (as well as what not to do):
Here is my final cut, with kit included but looking far more natural:

Try using Clone Stamp (or the equivalent) on Photopea

I don't see why it shouldn't. You clone stamp a 'clean' area of the face onto where there is a watermark. I'm sure if you play around with it a little, you can remove them or hide them.
Photopea is effectively a free Photoshop-lite online version, down to the same shortcuts so I would imagine you can do it

If you're using Photoshop, change image size of the cut down to 18x18 pixels, then increase the canvas size width to 25, so that it becomes 25x18. Change your iconfaces folder and you should be done

I've just been using this site to create a few quick and easy cuts:- https://www.remove.bg/upload π
Is there any other way around doing it without using Photoshop?
mons
Use photopea.com. Pretty much Photoshop-lite for free. When saving the final cut, use export as > png, instead of save, to retain transparency.
If you're using remove.bg, have a look at the tutorial in this thread which can help you optimise your cuts (especially the cropping part) As far as I can see, any step in Photoshop can be undertaken in Photopea too

Essentially, you lock transparent pixel select the clone stamp tool (press S), then lock transparent pixels by clicking this button.
You then press the alt button and select the part of the hair right next to the bit with the snow, so that the colour is close. Then you click the left-mouse button where the snow is, and this basically copies the snow over with the hair colour nearby. You may need to repeat the process as you work your way around the head.
It's a bit difficult to explain in words, but YouTube has the functionality to create subtitles in English and change them to (poor but understandable) Spanish in this way which will be much more helpful in a practical manner:

At least if you want HQ results.

Gave me a fright there! Working fine; you can save the preview image in a decreased resolution.
For purposes of cutting out, we only really need the face area to be of good quality. So if you have a source image which is 1900x1280 but is full body or from the waist up, for example, you should crop the area around the face then put that edited image into the tool. This way, the preview image should still be of a sufficiently large size to be edited into a cut-out. A further in-depth explanation, with screenshots is in the tutorial on how to use remove.bg in the first post of this thread.

Any changes to make?

Is this better?
Some more using remove.bg and some color balance.
Do you think i can try and make some portuguese lower leagues missing images and send them to you?
mons
All 3 look perfectly fine What are the respective UIDs so I can save them?
Feel free to cut whichever images you want, and you can upload them on the forums, but as you're still starting out (albeit very well) perhaps it may be better to cut out some individual requests from the forum so that you can iron out any potential issues. Anything you do gratefully received, naturally

The last two were on the request area, i used them for training. If you want to wait and see if someone do better, feel free. I'll follow your advice and will try to do some requests.

They're perfectly fine, please upload them

We'll need a bit more info to help, like the source image and the cutout itself. What program(s) are you using and what technique(s)?
Tbh it's better if you post the source image as a request, then post your cut-out in the comments instead of as the completed cut so that we can then give you feedback on it.
