I think this post may give a possible reason as to why this is happening.

I could be wrong but i think this editor is creating players/teams i'm editing in game players its only happened to a few of them it's weird

It's not clear if you're doing this with the pre-game editor or you're editing stuff in a save-game

Can you explain what you meant by that? A bit of punctuation would help aid understanding. Also, a few screenshots of what you mean would help too...

i meant the editor in your link was creating players. with the players i'm editing they are in game players and most of them have faces i've added but a few of them won't show. i'll see if i can upload some images

What's Shearer's UID in-game? What graphics do you have in place?

i was going to use FM20 but went with FM18 because there's no VAR or Brexit. I've only added faces for Arsenal , Aston Villa , Blackburn and a few for Bolton so for. I'll check Shearer ID now.

My original comment still applies. Make sure that the config points to the UID in-game not the one displayed in the editor, as they may differ.

You're using the full cut-out faces config file. If you've got cut-outs of people who are not in that megapack, then you'll need to create a tailor-made config using the steps outlined in this thread, and you'll need to do it for every new cut-out that you add.

as i was reading this it all came back to me haha. i used to edit FM a lot a few years ago and have forgot lots of stuff. thanks for the reply absolute massive help
