You cannot and you shouldn't. That's always the problem with adding graphics for custom created entries in editor data files. The only way of knowing their UID is by starting a new game (without any other editor data files loaded - this is important).
The problem is that whoever uses your file will invariably have other editor data files, and this will in all probability mean that the UID of the added players/clubs/competitions etc of your file will change (and hence the need for random UIDs - to cater for this situation). This will mean that any graphics you add as supplements to your file will be displayed for the wrong items if the user has other editor data files in place, unless the user changes the config file accordingly.
