@peter2994, in addition to my earlier point about the necessity of having collars in every cut (reproduced below because I've since deleted the place it wass posted in), it's also worth pointing out that images should be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels above the head. Since a cut-out can only be in 250x250, “wasting” 10-12 pixels on empty space above the head makes little sense. Much better to use as much of the canvas to display the face as possible, and image quality is retained if this is done before it is resized rather than upscaled after the fact.

I'll edit all the ones like this in this instance, but do keep it in mind for any future cuts please 👍

One small thing to keep in mind:

Every cut must include a collar, while the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Since in some sources, like the one from which this image was cut, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
