hey @Footygamer i forgot to cancel my subscription and nobody advice me that i will be charged automatically, and i been charged twice. I dont need anymore to be the premium member here so you can cancel that, but please i need a refund and i been charged twice for the subscription. Im in very big money crisis and my bank account is already below zero so please cancel this for me and give me my refund. I tried to contact you on paypal email but didnt get any response. @Footygamer I had subscribed to the premium membership a couple of years ago but I have forgotten that it was a yearly subscription with auto-renewal. I had subscribed via Paypal and I just canceled there the autorenewal.
But I would also like to cancel this year's subscription and get a refund, as I don't use/need the services and I don't play FM anymore. I just forgot about the auto-renewal of the subscription.

Hello @Footygamer, I forgot about my active subscription and last month I was charged for another year. Since I am not currently playing FM I'd like to ask for a refund if possible. My country's currency is currently very devalued so the subscription was very expensive for me, but as soon as possible I will buy the premium membership again. I also tried sending an e-mail to the address provided at paypal.

Hi I was charged when I should not have been and nor was I aware I would be, I have never authorised this recurring payment to be made. Please could be I be refunded the £10 as I need to prioritise what I spend in these times. My paypal transaction ID is 7S15093443152932M.

@Footygamer Hello, I'm sure you can see from my profile, but I haven't even been on the site for almost a year or used any services and I was surprised to see a new subscription payment go out today from paypal. I have now cancelled the recurring payment (which I wasnt aware was set up), but would kindly ask you to refund me the money for this forthcoming year. Many thanks.
