One thing you may want to keep in mind is, in sources like this one where the head is tilted to one side, to rotate the source in order to have it as upright as possible. In this source, for example, it'd probably be something like 4-5 degrees clockwise. Looks much better in-game, I find 👍

Hey, thanks! I'll keep that in mind, I've been cutting my own pictures for missing VfB Stuttgart Players/Staff for years, but they've been mediocre at best. The tutorials in the Mangala-thread helped me out a lot so thank you for posting them!
