The request linked to it in weeniehutjr's post, which hasn't been cut yet, contains a much better source image, so the source you've posted isn't good enough...

So i should wait for it to be cut ? or use that source and repost my request ?
I promised @Side Splitting Pass that i would wait because he made the request for the team pack. but it has been opened in 2019 and not been cut yet ? or am I looking in the wrong topic ?

Sadly, there are more teampack requests than we have cutters and so the waiting period for them is not defined and usually long. For the time being, you should just be patient, or perhaps use this opportunity to learn how to cut and give SSP's request a go yourself
