What equipment do you use? Have you added a filter or something with them on photoshop, they all seem to have a colour cast.

Use an Olympus EPL3 and E4000, yeah just do some editing on them in light room and use some fliters sometimes

Decided to get my Sarah Storey shot from the Paralympics printed and it came today, pretty happy with it actually. Just need to get a frame when i get paid

Also my redesign for the Letour website was featured on a new site that showcases peoples redesigns of apps/websites, some awesome stuff on there was nice to see my work alongside some great work

Not related to photography but I think the design of your portfolio can be heavily improved. The fact that you have to hover over a big pink square to get a glimpse of each design is a bit of a put off.

When potential clients or anyone for that matter are looking at portfolio's they are only there to see you're work and you should make it as easy as possible to do that.

Simple suggestion would be to swap it so that all of the design thumbnails are visible but when you hover over them they turn pink (at lowish opacity) so you can still kind of make out the image (see the images here for example http://www.aidtheboss.com/).

Feel free to take this with a pinch of salt, I just think it would make the site look a lot better and I know for a fact that it would reduce the high bounce rate.

Anyway, photography related, love all the photos you've taken especially the one you got framed

Was up in Lincoln the weekend just gone to see the Lincoln GP, really happy with some of the photos i got actually considering how crowded it was. Been talking to the organisers as well and will probably be getting accreditation for the race next year which will be pretty cool

Very good, one thing though, keep away from adding the sepia tone to the photos in post processing. Makes it look like instagram.
