The present MP image is recent and the source you've provided is simply not big enough to be an improvement.

@servet341, what's the difference between the current megapack image and your request? Nothing at all. Please start to make genuine improvement requests and not whatever you like. I'm sick of typing the same things over and over again.

@E.B.S. This would be a case where enlargening the image would be appropriate (as long as a better, similarly recent source image can't be found - I quickly searched but couldn't find one), because the face should fill most of the 250px canvas size, with less of the neck being shown. I enlarged the image, as well as rotating it and moving the collar upwards - try making a cutout from it

Much better I'd have cropped it a few pixels closer to the chin before resizing or nudged the collar a little bit upwards, but it's perfectly fine otherwise.

Edit: Just noticed a bit of snow on top of the hair too.
