A guide on how to find and download the torrent can be found in this post. Since the 13.0 torrent will probably be available in the coming weeks, perhaps it might be worth for that instead of downloading the update packs from the 12.0 series too.

Finding somewhere to host a 17GB+ file for free which also allows automatic uploading isn't as easy or straight-forward as you might think. Besides, you're getting the files for free; is it such an inconvenience if the download is not as fast as the Road Runner in my avatar?
