Edit: I bought the package with the year's premium membership but this doesn't seem to have been activated either as I can't download the Cut Out Facepack as one file.

I have bought a copy of FM21 along with the premium membership, but i haven't received any codes or any confirmation receipt form yourselves but see the money has left my account.
Please assist, PayPal and email should be the same.

So no steam code and no access to the game. It was odd that the email referred to FM20 which of course I already have but I assumed that was a typo.
I do have the receipt for payment to Sortitoutsi if that would assist.

I have a similar issue, I have purchased FM21 through soritoutsi.net, and received the code. I then went to activate the code in Steam, but for some reason I don't have the option to install the game. Have you seen something like that? Is there any solution?
Edit:
I have Family View enabled in Steam. Don't know if this causes the issue.

Have you activated it? There won't be an install button until it's been released.

I have activated the code, as you can check on the attached screenshot the game is in my Steam Library. However, I don't have the option to install it. I've also deactivated Family View in case it was causing issues.
