Never mind there's an issue with our supplier that means the codes are "backordered". Not sure on the exact timescale but they should be delivered soon and you'll definitely have them before beta release.

We'll bring your issues to the attention of the site owner Footygamer. Would appreciate if both of you could indicate if the email hasn't been received by this evening at the latest. It appears the mail with the Steam code occasionally takes a wee while to be sent out.

I purchased both FM21 and a Premium Membership earlier today. I have not received the steam code and when i log back into the Sortitout site it does not recognise my membership as being Premium so i can not download any of the packs or updates.

I believe it needs to be manually activated. Since the site owner is Down Under, you may have to wait till he wakes up 😉

If the issue is still present by tomorrow morning, please get back in touch, but I imagine it won't be necessary 🙂

Thanks, evening here but still no mail. Only the mail from from paypal confirming my payment.

Tried to merge other posts from a user with the same issue, @mons post from the thread merged but the users didn't🤔 (must be another bug ) so please can user/s with issues regarding this post here so @footygamer can see them all when he is on site rather than the chance of them getting lost if there are several threads😉
