1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

- new kits: Shrewsbury third, Maidenhead third
- added editor file that sorts Premier league colors and fixes some top teams not seen in some matches.
- lower leagues are not sorted yet (will be soon), but I fixed following: removed Wigan, Bolton, Gillingham third kits, added York third, swapped Altrincham away and third and Gateshead home now shows.
Editor file also works for 3D kits.

My files have been extracted through the Unarchiver and there have been no problems getting this far.
However, when i load the game, go through the preferences and set it up as explained, I clear the cache, reload the skins however nothing changes at all and nothing seems to work.
Wondering if anyone else has this problem

Same for me :/, all my logos etc are showing that are in the graphics folder but no kits 😢

Redownload and check your folder for that file as once I downloaded the file again it appeared as if by magic

No. That's config.xml. There's a *.fmf file in the pack as well. Without it, a certain number of kits won't show. I explained it few posts before your question, even posted a video.

Oh my bad, I find the file, it was on the wrong location since I thought it should go to graphics folder lol. And... it looks like I need to create a new save to apply the changes, am I right?

Well, you could make the changes yourself with in-game editor. Gateshead kit is easy fix, just delete double shirt in kits and color section

Editor file (without it you won't see some kits) now includes all down to National league.
