@Simon9002, please have a look at this thread outlining the guidelines and methods to ensure that cut-outs are of as high a quality as possible.

There should only be 2-3 pixels between the top of the head/hair and the top of the canvas, and the same distance between the bottom of the chin/beard and the bottom of the canvas.

Care should be taken to avoid the chicken-neck effect and so all cuts should include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video & this post & this post too display a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar.

I am requesting a higher-quality source for you to attempt. They can be found quite easily from this team's website by accessing each player's page, then opening the image in a new tab.

If you remove the re-dimensioning element in the URL, i.e the red bit in this: http://siarka-tarnobrzeg.pl/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/wojciech_bieniarz-150x150.jpg, then you'll get the larger sources like the one I've uploaded. The bigger and better the source is, the bigger and better the cut-out can be 😉
