Just done a cutout of a picture of myself to add as my profile picture (saved as PNG for transparent background etc), but when I uploaded it to the game in the startup screen it’s added a white background, which needless to say looks awful.

Is there something I’m doing wrong, or does it always add a white background (which seems to defeat the purpose)

Share the image with us so we can see if there's anything wrong with it.

Same issue. Shows up as a transparent background when I select it from the Choose Image option, but renders on the game with a solid white background

If this is for FM on iPad like your other thread then it's probably to do with how iOS handles photos

Ah – it is. Maybe it’s that. OK, well I’ll wait until I’ve downloaded the face packs, find out my manager’s ID and add it in that way as a workaround.

Have attached image that shows when I select it, it selects with transparent background – but when the game loads it it attaches a white one.

Thanks for your tip – tried it after turning of Optimise Photos and same issue
