@AatM, I may be mistaken, but this source looks good enough to potentially allow for 250x250. The ideal cut is 250x250, and it should only be 180x180 when the source is poor.

Also, I would suggest leaving 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, you're cutting it exactly on the edge, and it looks better if there's a tiny bit of area beneath it 😉
