Those seem to be very good sources.
A word of advice to upload the best possible sources for them:
Don't save the image for players as available here.
Click on the person's profile (e.g. Danilo Ruperti) and then right-click on the image in there. Once you do, choose the open image in new tab button.
You'll then be taken to a much larger image size available for the person.
Before making requests, be sure to check whether the person already has a pending request or whether the source has been cut already to avoid duplication of effort on your part 😉 You can check a team's existing cuts and when the current cut was made by typing the team's UID in the cut-out megapack search tool. These are the cuts in the megapack for players at Twente, for example.
You can find the team's UID by using the database search function. You can easily see which players don't have a megapack cut-out at present by seeing which don't have an icon in the squad list here.

It looks like you can also get the same size with ‘hd’ instead of ‘big’, I'm not sure if one of those gets a larger image if they upload one with larger image dimensions than 1920px.

TransferMarkt recently changed the way their website handles player images, so here is how to get full-size images:
1) Go to the player's/staff's profile, click the profile image to view a larger image, and open that in a new tab.
2) You'll get something like this URL: https://img.a.transfermarkt.technology/portrait/big/435648-1576766482.jpg?lm=1
3) Copy this part of the image URL, the rest doesn't matter. https://img.a.transfermarkt.technology/portrait/big/435648-1576766482.jpg?lm=1
4) Then paste that part of the URL at the end of this URL: https://tmssl.akamaized.net/images/portrait/originals/
Like so: https://tmssl.akamaized.net/images/portrait/originals/435648-1576766482.jpg
Now you can get the actual full-size image instead of one that's resized to 390px tall.
