@ivolga What software/method do you use to rotate your cutouts? It's left artefacting in the cutout again as you can see below:

You don't need to create a selection from the layer when you rotate it. I'm not fully sure how image transforms work in GIMP as I use Photoshop, but if it works the same then creating a selection from the layer is what is causing the artefacts. Just having the layer active in the layers panel is enough.
