@Armamaddon, do you still have access to the sources for these 2 players? The ones you've uploaded were cropped much too low down but the sources may still be good enough to provide good cut-outs if they are cut only 2-3 pixels beneath the chin or the facial hair 👍
Yeah, the Sources are too small to do a higher cropped cut. I just had to choose between 250x250 in that cut or a 180x180 (not my preference) with the better space between the chin

I understand what you mean, but in cases like this, it is better to have a 180x180 cut cropped closer to the chin than a 250x250 cut cropped so low. The intention is to have a standard megapack look wherever possible, and not down to personal preference, generally speaking 😉
