Bounced back, from the defeat at the Etihad, with a win against Brighton last night. We deserved the win, despite what Poyet says.

Apparently we have Ricardo Gardner on trial too.

We beat Tranmere 2-0 to get within four points of the play-off places. I dared not think about that yet though.

Villa, Birmingham and Leicester top list of Midlands clubs in financial turmoil... but one team is showing the big boys how it's done

The club can indeed be justly proud of it's financial self control which surely will eventually lead to on field success with so many of our competitors falling by the wayside due to financial ruin. Keep it up step by step...

My one gripe with that article is that it says Forest have struggled since being bought by the Al Hasawi family. How is being 6th in the Championship struggling? Yes, our situations with managers havent been great but King Billy is back home and firing us into the Premiership baby!!

Form has been much better. Huffed and puffed and lacked cutting edge against Charlton last week (who stood firm despite our second-half domination - though we never looked like scoring), but back to winning ways at Bellend Road thanks to a late James Vaughan strike.

Looking at the table, last week really was a missed opportunity. Had we won, we'd have been on 50 points and within an ace of safety. As it is, anyone from Burnley down is in the dogfight. Leeds are the lowest side who can say they are safe, especially with the way scores are going so far today. Could do with Watford sticking one in to keep Barnsley to just a point.

Could of pictures I've taken recently at Town games:

I don't mean to sound patronising or rub salt in the wounds but I honestly can't believe how far you lot have fallen in the last few years, I thought you would walk the Championship and have the title more or less sewn up by now.

Should've kept Kean seriously though I didn't even realise Blackburn were that far down!!

I'm going to need a knee operation after this season, mine's been jerking so much after nearly every game; yes we can stay up - oh for fucks sake it's certain doom and relegation - come on you Greens, we can do this - for fucks sake Sheridan sort it out - THE GREENS ARE STAYING UP!

There are some disturbing similarities between Blackburn and City circa 1997/8.

Back-to-back home wins against Brighton and Udinese B. Big game after the international break for us, Sheffield Wednesday away. Proper 'six pointer'.

I'd love to laugh about Palace getting dicked at Brighton. I'd love to laugh about Burnley throwing a 1-0 lead at Blackburn in stoppage time but we're bottom of the league, we're playing awful football and have fuck all to laugh about

This is how the Burnley fans left the toilets at Ewood Park.

Still looks better than the facilities they provide in their absolute tip of an away end.

They really are sub-human though.

Burnley's a shit-hole.

There was a riot in the conference after Nuneaton Vs. Lincoln yesterday as well, fifty odd people were arrested. I don't know why but it's somehow more shocking that it happens in non-league football.

Their fans are stuck in the 1970's and their town is stuck in the 1930's.

Another 'Burnley is a shit-hole' debate? There are other cities in the North West to make fun of. Oldham, Rochdale, Morecambe.......

Scum. Absolute scum. Going down to League One now would be a fitting end to what they've managed to do to Rovers in just 2 and a half years.

They'll have to pay him and all his staff off now, another baldy will come in, Murphy and Orr will get another chance, round and f*cking round we go.

The list of people willing to take the job will be getting worse every time.

Why? The only people who would suffer then would be the fans.

You should be hoping for something that would harm Venky's, not the fans.
