Unfortunately the uploaded size (and another I found) were quite small so would only be good enough for 180px cutouts.
A larger source (I think it's more recent but not sure) but the background might be tricky:

Because of the way the website is coded there's no way to get larger image sizes. Your best bet is looking on the club's facebook/twitter/instagram, or those of the players' past clubs' or the players' own social media.

I think that's how the original photo was taken. There are pics from this photoshoot on the clubs facebook page and virtually everyone has the top of their head 'missing'.
Removing the -605x756 bit from the image URL gives a bigger version of the photo.
