@mons , i want to cut the second source ( source gettyimages ) but only if you think it's the best , otherwise reject it because i'm tired of cutting for nothing.
The one from Getty Images is larger, but it's looking away from the camera and the face is half in shadow and half in light.
The most recent source isn't enormous but it's big enough to provide a 250x cut looking at the camera without needing to upscale it and thus lose sharpness. I think I'd prefer that one tbh, especially since there is very little change in his appearance from the existing cut other than a bit of goatee to justify a replacement not looking at the camera.

@77david54 The source requested by MrKarizzi above is from the same source as your second image, just with a transparent background - I'd recommend using that source for a cutout, it doesn't need to be put through remove.bg as there doesn't seem to be any snow, the image itself looks a bit better quality (your second source has noticeable jpeg compression, MrKarizzi's does not) and is still large enough for a 250px cutout.

I've re-opened the originally pending source which is the only one worth cutting but I'm not sure why you asked for guidance, got two answers and ignored them both.
If you want to cut a particular source, you can go right ahead without needing to ask permission, but if you ask for feedback and ignore it, then, with all due respect, you're not really entitled to complain about being βtired of cutting for nothingβ π
I don't understand why you constantly seem to want to over-complicate the cutting and requesting process, which really isn't that complex. If you think it's a good image just cut it, and if you don't like the image requested, don't cut it π

I cut it in 2 minutes without correcting anything. If someone wants to download it , he can , that's the only reason. Your criteria for selecting a cut out face are very subjective. Personally it doesn't bother me that the player doesn't look at the camera , don't have a collar up. I mainly look at the date , the resolution and the beauty of the image and i don't really like the pre-cut but i respect your criteria. It is not to annoy you , it is just that we will never agree on what a good cut out face is , because it is a very personal opinion.

I can see why you would think it's subjective, but the criteria have been in place for a very long time now. With that in mind, it's not a question of it being a good cut-out or not - but of it being better than the current image. It's up to the cutter to provide cuts in a way they see fit, and it's then up to me to decide if they're good enough to be added into the megapackβ¦
This source is of better quality but is older than a year ( August 16 , 2019 ).
@weeniehutjr , if you think this last is the best of both sources i will cut it , otherwise reject this source , please.
