Also,we should do something about this "bug".If someone upload complete request,and it's bad,we have to re-active it as still waiting.But when we upload our better version,old one\first\bad version stays as completed.Without posting him as I did,we probably will loose completed\better versions.

I understand the point, and it's a very decent source, but it's practically the exact same as the current megapack cut-out. There are presently 454 pending sources in the submissions forum - why should this be added to the list when it's not a particularly urgent need? We only have a limited number of cutters, which is why sources like this aren't considered as improvements.
If you feel so strongly about it, perhaps you can try cutting it yourself by using the tutorials and guides in this thread. It's not as hard as it may look, especially if you use remove.bg.
maybe a video tutorial of cutting player faces would help the community a lot, idk but keep up the good work!

In this case and Zielinski's, sources twice as large as the ones you uploaded had been requested already, and were in fact rejected for being very similar to the current cuts.

I did, but in the meantime I checked and all players have had their faces made from sources from the official website, so I thought it was ok

Are you sure? Plenty were rejected from the originally requested pack, and I assume the ones which were cut were either done so from a superior source or had a previous cut which was either quite old or had a different look.
In either case, requesting a source of inferior quality won't see it get cut 😉
