Snow on your eyes..

I think you'll find he's correct:

When genuine feedback is given by another user, there's nothing wrong with acting on it. It's not an insult nor is it a declaration you're a bad cutter, just that there is something to improve on in a cut. Nobody's perfect, after all.

In all 4 cases he tagged you in, @Ttggfr's feedback is spot-on actually. He wasn't rude or insulting, so I don't see why your reaction should have been such.

I've spoken to you in the past about the importance of avoiding snow and how to avoid burning hair edges (like you did here). If you use remove.bg, you definitely would avoid it both issues, including any potential confusion about refraction of light or snow (it's usually the latter, generally) 😉

Case of mistaken identity? That cutout was by maxtod77 and not Cizzu

It is indeed, my bad 🤦

Original point still stands, however…

There isn't snow. I see a slight blue cast..
However, I don't see the need to be overly fussy when the source is so bad. This cut-out is temporary, I am looking for a more recent source, beacuse Pasquale is a bit older that when this photo was taken…
It's annoying all the time having to explain my choices.

For example this cut-out is better:

This discussion was useless. A useless waste of time. @Ttggfr  probably really likes adding unnecessary comments like this.

Now you are just getting overly defensive over your choices.

What I saw was just a cutout that may fall short of the standards that I was taught when I first joined the site, and therefore hoping staff like @mons to fix it and that's it. Do I just come here and criticize every single cut of yours just to piss you off? NO, and I simply acted hoping for the pack to include the best of cuts.

You had provided reasons such as the source is so bad, but how are we suppose to understand when no source has been uploaded? Simply be polite and may be upload the original source, if it was so bad that is beyond fixing then I think none of us would have any further comment considering we all understand sometimes only bad sources are available.

May be you are having a bad day at office and therefore not in the mood of taking criticism, but the way you reacted actually would prove to piss others off.

The discussion was useless? At least I understand how bad you are at taking criticisms through it and others may learn how to improve BOTH their cutting skills and communication skills through how to act NOT like this.

I definitely am not a saint and would make mistakes and so does everyone, when you got criticized, no need to be overly defensive, simply check whether you are on the wrong before reacting.

I hope you would become more civilized and understand what your previous comments showed the kind of person you are/were. Before that, this would be the last response I have for you.

That is precisely what snow is, bits of the background appearing in the hair. It doesn't have to be white 😕

It's not a question of the source being bad, which I would completely understand. It's the cutting which is the issue here because it was done hurriedly and not properly.

It's also annoying all the time having to point out the same things and having to correct them over and over again, which is why feedback is given to try and avoid the same issues in future cuts.

Of course it's a better cut but that's not what was originally uploaded, is it? ttggfr's comments were perfectly reasonable and it's you who can't accept perfectly valid feedback. There's no need to make such a big deal about it and act like a petulant child, we're supposed to be adults here.

You're right, it is a waste of time, and it's because you couldn't simply say ‘it’s true, there's a bit of snow in my cut' but instead had an over-the-top reaction about it and insult users. Please don't do it again.

@mons  I don't know how to express myself very well in English, but I am aware that I have not insulted anyone. I only replied to the remarks that Ttggfr made. He probably doesn't have good self control

@Ttggfr The way you expressed yourself, in my opinion, your head is full of useless clichés. Make low-level deductions. You do well not to reply to me: we speak on two very different levels of consciousness obviously. Civil, for example, is a hypocritical word, which should not be used in this superficial way. I am quite accurate and fussy, even too much, but contesting a cut for an extra white pixel means really slipping into the pathological: you have to realize this. Maybe it's time for you to take a break and do something else instead of wasting time measuring how many white pixels there are in other people's cuttings.

The only person who doesn't have self-control in this whole conversation is you.

The second paragraph is the ramblings of a madman, frankly. Useless cliches? Low-level deductions? Speaking on two very different levels of consciousness? What on earth are you blathering on about?? The man told you there was a bit of snow in your cuts and you're making an almighty fuss about it. Just admit it's there, and move on, for God's sake; no need to be so condescending, especially if it's about something on which you are patently incorrect. It's a bit more than an extra white pixel, and you know it perfectly well.

Maybe it's time for you to take a break and start listening to genuine feedback provided constructively, instead of making such a song and dance about something on which, I stress again, you're totally not in the right. Take the feedback on board, learn from it and move on.

I don't make a fuss when you (or others) tag me, so I don't see any reason for you to do so because somebody did.
