It seems there's multiple players with the same name. The current cutout is of this Giuseppe, and I assume your cutout is of this Giuseppe? The younger Giuseppe also had a duplicate UID until FM19.

There's also a third Giuseppe Di Lascio UID which might be the one in the current cutout, are you able to confirm this?

and third Giuseppe Di Lascio UID is another players at the moment without cutout
