1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

What you're saying isn't immediately understandable and doesn't make much sense? Can you provide us with screenshots? As far as I'm aware, these files work perfectly fine if installed correctly.

i will try to explain in another way. I tried to find a solution for this and read comments again. Someone said that 3d kits appeared in the 3d match engine, but not at the beginning (start new game > career > then selected a team of spain's first division, see also left screenshot). I have the same situation till yet. Kits also don't appear at the club information (Deutsch: Vereinsinfo)-

With screenshots, it's clearer what you mean 😉
On those pages, it is not 3D kits which appear but 2D kits, such as FC 12 kits or SS kits. They are completely different files which the game uses in different places.
3D kits such as the ones in the file we're commenting on are only displayed during matches and in the boardroom. 2D kits are displayed in the information page.

Thanks for this information. So I have to use 2 types of kits (3d and ss-kits), if I want to see realistic kits everywhere?

Okay so I am using 20/21 kits on fm20 the real Madrid jersey appears properly but the jersey numbers are in golden which is from 19/20 season, any fixes?

i had similar problem with benfica i downloaded the kits from a previous year where i knew the numbers was white but they came up as yellow, i do not think the 3d kits have squad number colours on them so i changed it in the in game editor i still have the 3d kit working and the numbers colour right after editing it

just click on your squad view screen then click the little pencil in the top right hand corner to open up the in game editor then click on edit kit details then you will see it there to change the number colour, once you have done that make sure you click allow licence kits witch you will see in the in game editor.

Guys I am having an issue with 3d kits as i am managing real Madrid as it's not showing kits is there anyway to fix that and all other clubs kit are there but not reals
