These are much too small to provide improvements. Improvements mean images which are of better quality than the one in the megapack at present, not just ones which are newer.

The image you have requested is 190x300 in size. If you crop the face, it will be less than 180x in height, when the current cut is in 250x250. If the image you have requested is cut, it will not produce a better image.
What facial changes are there? In the current cut, he has a neutral expression and in your image, he's smiling. That's the only difference. We can't just cut images because a person is or isn't smiling, we must make sure to use our time a bit more sensibly than that.
Images from the official Metalist website are only useful if a player doesn't already have a cut in the megapack, and even then, they're a bit too small. Read the tips in this thread on how you can search for better sources for your requests, because these simply aren't worth the time it would take to cut them.
@UkrainianBrosky The current cut is only a year old and pretty similar looking, so it's not really worth to replace it with an action image 👍
