Masks in Photoshop. It's not easy, but it's achievable with this pattern.
Another way would be to recreate it, it should be relatively simple if you know Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Obviously you can source the Charlton Athletic logo, the CHARLTON text font looks Gill Sans or Futura (more likely) and you can either hand draw or source the little Quaser icon.
