Of your links I think the first one is better, because the top of the head is cut off in the second one which should be avoided.

However, I've found that kicker.de has good sources for Leverkusen's first team (unfortunately they don't have any images for the U19 team). You can get larger images using this method: https://sortitoutsi.net/comments/get/655019

Remember to include a collar in every cut, and to give a bit of breathing space beneath the chin of 2-3 pixels.

If the source doesn't allow it, use this technique:
