@hurstca, these aren't large enough to warrant cutting since they won't provide improvements. The bigger the source, the more like it is they'll be good enough.

Too small to provide an improvement to the current cut, which is recent and of a very good quality.
@tiboo, as discussed earlier we want cuts to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, nudging up the collar if the source requires it. I am posting again the techniques you should replicate:
We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
