I was able to solve it thanks to your help, I was using the folder
Users > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2022
rather than
Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2022

Hi . Can someone explain why very few logos don't appear in game. I checked their id and file name. Everything is ok so what could be the reason ? Is it the size ? Must they all be exactly same size because in Photoshop I can't change to 180x 180. It always gives me a different either width or height. Thanks

Why do some logos don't appear ? Few  Ukrainian Druha Liha teams don't have logos even though they exist in a pack . Please help. Id is correct and file extension is correct

My AFSC Kyiv logo doesn't work. And Livyi Bereh . Can we fix it.

I have these logos in the game. So maybe clear the cache and reload skin. 

Sorted it. I think it was in an update file . But the afsc  Kyiv logo is actually white not black . It's difficult to see it in game 

I can check manually which logos were included from the last september update. And then upload them in packs here. But I'd rather wait for a approval from people who manage this pack.

Please feel free to check if we have missed any requests. but do pay attention to the fact that there might be a reason the request wasn't included in any update (wrong id or not really an update in quality or simply just not the correct(current) logo of the club/competition).

Good afternoon. 

An easy and quick question. For updates, how do I get the updated shields recognized? I mean, I have the main pack and I’m downloading the updates but I still recognize the old shields and not the new shields that have changed. 

In the main pack are computer by continents and countries but in the updates are all together and new shields, for example Rangers FC, Girona FC, does not recognize me updates and continues to take the shield of the main pack (the old one).

The logos are not sorted by continent or country in this pack, so I think you may have another pack installed. Delete what you have and download the full pack from here: https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/3/download

Could not get this to work…went back to regular logo pack and no problems. You have issue with this and should either update or delete, as it doesn't work properly.

Just because you could not get this to work doesn't mean it doesn't. I've been using it for around a decade and the only issues I ever had was when I installed bits of it wrongly, as you have evidently done. If it wasn't working like you state so definitively, then you wouldn't be the only person having issues, would you? This forum would be full of people pointing this out, which they clearly aren't 😕

No idea what regular logo pack means, either 😕 Does this “regular” logo pack have a name?

In summary, you don't know what you're talking about and you're just windmilling because you don't know what you're doing. You want help on getting it to work, ask away, but have a bit more good manners than that, eh? Behaving like this serves no purpose whatsoever, and only serves to show you up, frankly.

Hi i installed the main logo pack and want to install the updates, but i am using a MacBook and can't work out ho to install the updates. On pc you would extract to certain location then overwrite certain files. Is there a way to do this on mac ? thanks

Hello, could you please advise the quickest way of installing the updated files? In using windows10, there must be a quicker way of going into each folder and copying the pasting the logos?

If you drag a folder named ABC into a location with a folder already named ABC, Windows will prompted you if you want to merge the contents of the folder, overwriting when prompted. As long as the folder structure on your system is the same as that in the download, you should be able to replicate this process in it 👍

I have used logs in FM since I can remember… this year I have the Game Pass version, installed face pack, nations, kits… all ok… even club small show up but the club normal ones do not… Tried with a fresh install of FM with nothing added but the logos and still does not work, logos are in "C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\graphics\logos"

Any ideas?

EDIT: I found the issue… Installed Genie Scout inside "C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\" and it brings it's own pack of club and competitions logos… those were being loaded instead of the ones in the graphics folder… that's why my issues were with club and competitions…

Hi guys, ive been playing fm for years now and always had a logo pack installed, however recently i decided to get premium here and install the metallic pack for a change but after deleting my old pack and putting the metallic pack in nothing seems to work, no logos load at all…i cant find an xml file anywhere in the file i downloaded so maybe its that? any help will be much appreciated.

There should be a bunch of xml files (one for each folder). Try using chrome to download so you may resume any interruptions in the download, making sure you get the full file 👍  

The Farul Constanta logo from Liga 1 -Romania is not showing. I've downloaded the latest packs.

Hi, i have found all the xml files i do have them however the pack is still not working? this is my graphics folder, any ideas?

well you shouldn't have put the metallic logo folder in graphics folder and now your folder structure is wrong (you have two graphics folders). I understand that it not obvious, and at some point we will make the folder structure more simpel. If you cut and paste everything from within the pictures folder (flags, media, trophies, and logos folders) to your graphics folder and delete the remaining metallic logo folder everything should work 👍   

This is my new folder layout and i still havent been able to get it to work, ive tried verifying integrity of the files etc, not sure what the issue is might have to try another pack

Well I can assure you that the pack works. If I were you I would give it a last shot. Delete what you have, and since you are premium member you should quit easily be able to downloading the full pack again using chrome so you can resume any interruptions in the download to make sure you get the full file. And when you are extracting the pack do extract to the right place: extract the “Football Manager 2022” folder from the zip file into your “documents\Sports Interactive” folder, then the rest will be in the right place.
