I don't have the cutout megapack downloaded so I can't check it myself, but at least here on the sortitoutsi website, Pashja doesn't have a cutout image on his profile page.

If you want an image to be added for this player, you need to find a good source image, following the guidelines for making requests, so that the community can deal with it accordingly.

This doesn't have anything to do with the cutout megapack - if you want to report an issue or something that should be updated with the Football Manager Database, you need to do so on the official SI Games Forum. I've linked the thread for Italy Database Issues, where you should post if you want Davide di Stefano to be added to the game. Make sure to include as much information as possible including his date of birth (not just year if possible) 👍
