Looks like it's an old bug, also found this one from 8.01 pack.
I've fixed it now.
I've also discovered around 360 duplicates as well which i'm investigating.

I suspect it's just a display issue on the website, rather than in the megapack itself, right?

I'm sure it doesn't affect people who download the update packs, as it would overwrite the original file. I'm not so sure when the complete pack is downloaded😕 I can test and see which one is in there later today.
This is at least a problem when trying to compare new requests against the current cut because the team cutout page displayed the oldest one.
It is just a display issue on the site and does not affect the Megapack itself.
