Followed the guidelines. Hope it's alright now. This is newer picture from the official club site - current picture is from his former club.

The problem with the source you used is that the face is only ~180px tall, which means you lose quality when upscaling it to 250px. Having a recent, up-to-date cutout is desirable but not if it means a significant downgrade in image quality. He also cut his hair shorter again recently, so the source from Silkeborg's website is already outdated.

This player face doesn't seem to appear in game, probably something that makes the thumbnail not show up?
