A very good source @ALPHA OMG, but the current cut is only a few months old and the likelihood is that we'll have a World Cup shoot in the next weeks including a photo of him anyway, so it makes no sense to cut this one.

Besides, the guidelines specify that:

• If you are requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so.

i seen so many on here that have no collar visible yet you reject mine for not having it visible when the one that's already there hasn't got it visible i dont understand it but it is what it is 

Can you point out a couple of images without collars that have been added to the megapack? I constantly ask cutters to add collars (and you can check my post history if you want) and in many cases even add them myself, so I don't think you're quite right in that assertion, champ. Sure, it might well be that a handful might have escaped my attention out of the 6,000+ images produced in the last fortnight, but that doesn't mean everyone else is entitled to ignore the guidelines and do what they want.

Your cut also had snow, anyway, not just a missing collar.
