The Derby County logo (645) is actually the Crystal Palace logo

I probably do something wrong, but I cannot get my logos and other graphics to show in my game.

This is how my folders look like:

I've unticked use cache and I ticked reload skin but it changes nothing. What am I missing?

Well your folder structure is way to complicated. No need for all those folders.

You just need the basic:

C:\Users\name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\graphics

Download the latest full pack 2023.01(not the update/change pack) and then just extract the “sortitoutsi metallic logos” folder (using winrar) in to the graphics folder, and everything else will go where it is supposed to go.

And delete all your other stuff because you can definitely not have multiple graphics folders within your graphics folder (marked in red). Start with making one pack work before moving on to the next one.

Yeah I know this structure is complicated, but it is what 7Zip unzips from those files. So if I unzip a logopack (or any of the other mentioned packs) in my graphics folder, this structure is what I automaticly get.

Must every update pack get a new folder (like graphics\logos\mainpack, graphicss\logos\changes1, graphics\logos\changes2, etc) or do I copy/move (and possibly overwrite) everything in one logo folder (like graphis\logos\metallicpack)?

Edit: Before unzipping I copy the zip/rar to the graphics\logo folder and unzip from there. Can I leave the original zip/rar there afterwards, or should I remove them from those folders?

Well then only extract what is necessary, and if there are a graphics folder in the structure (it is very important that you only have one graphics folder) then just extract that to where you have your original graphics folder (not within the graphics folder), and then everything else will go where it is supposed to.

example with faces: C:\Users\name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\graphics\faces\sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2022.00\sortitoutsi\iconfaces

you dont need the “sortitout cutout megapack 2022.00” folder. the less complicated your folder structure is the more easy it is to update the packs.

No, for heavens sake no… do not put update packs in new folders.

download and install the full packs, and then every update pack must be extracted in exactly the same place overwriting anything that is updated (this is especially important with the updated configs).

it does not matter if you leave the zip files, so it is up to you. I would personally remove them as soon as you have checked if everything works and you dont need them anymore  👍👍

I have problems (logos appear no more) with 2023.01 “update” for my FM22. So, if i delete all folders related to logos pack, download “full pack” and copy to graphics folder, my problem will be solved, right?

Yes. As you can read we have changed the folder structure, so that is the best way to go  👍

Metallic logos are still not updated on the website, we released latest update 5 days ago.

Maybe it's because of the update's new folder structure?

Ah yes an oversight on my part. I'll get this fixed in the coming days.

Could I ask @Qvordrup, @Footygamer  or @mons a quick question…Do we still need the back left and back right folders anymore or can I remove these? I don't think they are used on the normal skins anymore?

It is up to you if you want to remove any folders once you have downloaded the pack. Some skin still uses the back left and back right logos so they are staying i the pack 👍

Hi People, When i download the full Logo pack and get 8 winrar files. Do i then need to amalgamate all these files into one, overwriting etc?

I believe that they are bundled together, so just extract the first one and the rest will automatically be extracted as well. 

Well the logos are in the pack and also part of the configs. So my best advice is to try and search your folders and see that nothing is missing. If you go to your club folder and search by club id it will show if you have all five logos and if they are part of the 4 configs (small and @2x share config) 👍

I have downloaded the megapack from utorrent again and I have installed it cleanly, same inconvenience because of that I want to know if it happens to you if it is not already a problem with my other files even though I do not have another pack of logos

I dont have that problem. But I have not used the torrent. That is the reason I asked you to check your folders and see if anything is missing. If you can confirm that the logos are there then we can move on to next potential problem solving. It might just be that the logos are missing and then I can very easily upload them so you can add them to your club folder 👍

All the files are complete, it was the first thing I checked, the problem is in the FM23 because in the FM22 it did not have that problem

I am having problems too, and never have with any previous FMs.

I basically copied my graphics folder from FM22 to FM23, faces and kits are working. Logos are not working, any suggestions? I really don't want to download a 7gb torrent.

Well the metallic logos works on FM23, but there could be a number of reasons they dont work for you. First of all the most obvious reason could be that not all of the files were copied. If non of your logos are showing then I would suspect that there are no config files in your folders, so try to copy the pack that you know is working once again. But even though you really don't want to download the full pack again it might be the easiest solution, and perhaps it would spare the both of us some time investigating what is wrong  😀

Having the same issue with the Juve next gen small logo not displaying. Checked the pack and it is present.

It's working properly now and updated to FM23 

I downloaded it, now everything is working great 😀👍

Judging by your screenshot you are missing a lot of files. Delete what you have and download the complete pack again using chrome so you can resume any interruptions and then make sure you got the full file downloaded 👍
