Facepack and logo pack suddenly not working

So I have a facepack and logo pack installed, all has been working ok but logged in tonight and they are not working, they are still saved in my graphics and I have tried reloading my skin etc several times but still wont work and have no idea why?

Did you change anything related to FM between the last time they worked and today? Graphics don't just decide not to work; you'll have inadvertently done something to disable them.

The only thing I can think of is that I removed a couple of leagues from my current save to to make the game speed better

You didn't install any other new graphic packs, or something similar?

Nope, not installed anything new since

I have the exact same problem.

Worked fine yesterday and today all I see, are black shadows where the cutouts should be.

Same goes for logos (all being downloaded from here)

The only thing I did was updating face pack, which Ive done many times before on previous games without a problem.

EDIT: Turns out steam, somehow erased user data directory from preferences. Copied a formula, deleted cache and it works fine.

No idea what he means either. Steam would only delete game files, not anything you have created. Double check your Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/graphics folder to check all your downloads are there. If they are then check “Location” in FM preferences to confirm where your files are stored. if necessary change it.

Are you saving your graphics in the default folder, or is it on external drive? If the latter, you need to change some fields in the Steam properties for the game to read it.

Can I have screenshots of your graphics folder (showing clearly the full path)? As well as of the interface section of your in-game preferences.

@Biiddy, I suggest putting it in the Documents folder, not the OneDrive equivalent.

Ye I agree, been trying to transfer over but been freezing when trying

changed it over to my normal documents folder not in onedrive and tried reloading skin etc but still not working

ok sorted it now thanks, moved my install folder on same drive too

I have a similar issue, last night everything works fine. I have neither installed or changed anything and today morning the normal sized logos stop working, small ones still do like shown in the screen for examble in the table.

I've tried everything including re-install the full game, delete all graphic mods and put in the graphic folder just the logopack (tried fmg steel, metellaic logs, standard logos). Everytime same result, small logos works, middle size and big not.

Have any one an idea what I can do to fix it?

I had the same situation and I managed to solve it, thanks to God!

Steps: 

1. Cut all the data from Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\graphics
2. Paste it somewhere else, preferably not within any of the Football Manager related folders
3. Launch the game or, If already active, switch to the game window
4. Go to Settings → Preferences
5. Go to Advanced tab
6. Change the settings' view option to All
7. Ensure the “Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences” setting's button is ticked
8. Press the “Reload Skin” button
9. Click on the “Reset" and "Clear Cache“ buttons
10. Press the “Confirm” button
11. Return to the File Explorer related window and go to the folder with the moved data
12. Move the related files and data back to the location from Step #1
13. If the desired result is not encountered, restart the game
14. Load the same game data and repeat the procedure from Step #3 to Step #12

I did something similar on my local machine and I hope these details will help other people, as well.

I had these packs working fine when I played it off Xbox PC Game Pass, but on Steam I can only get the name fix pack to work. I can't get a custom skin to work either. It's bumming me out major.

@Biiddy  bro what do you mean by moved your install folder to the same drive i think I'm having the same problems. some appear but many don't

Now it just sticks on the loading page, can anyone help me on this please?

I am having the same problems as everyone. Did everything, moved the files, cleared the cache, reload the skin etc etc.. nothing. I feel robbed.

Hi all tried to follow this guide, facepack is not working. Found for some reason I have 2 sports interactive folders so followed and did for both locations but no luck. I did have them working in the past but found having loads of graphics seriously slowed my game down so removed them. I'm just playing about with the AFC Richmond database that includes the graphics, faces, logo and kits. They are saved in the same graphics folder as the logos, I have a logo, faces, kits and trophes folder in the graphics folder. Only ones not working is faces. Can anyone help?
