The person from the source is the team manager (not coach manager) of Serbia U17, and as far as I know people with this role are not added to the game.
In this photo you can see that he is ~180cm, while the person with this UID is 169cm.

Plus his Linkedin doesn't mention anything about working at Smederovo, where the person with this UID works/worked.
Not the same person, the Nikolic who is team manager of the U17 team also (or was until this year) team manager of FK Voždovac. Given his Linkedin CV I think he wasn't a player, or at least at anything above amateur level which wouldn't be in the database.
