There is no image on the face of the earth for this guy and I assume this image is not enough from the front to be accepted. The second source is more face on but it has a very low quality. He is front row 4th from the left.

b) It's always better if an image is rotated before being cropped so that it's as much upright as possible, rather than tilted to one side.
